David Ramnoux, producteur de Cognac, Pineau des Charentes et Vin Charentais en agriculture biologique et biodynamique est dirigeant du domaine situé à Mareuil en Charente (16) depuis 1997.
Il a à cœur d’élaborer des produits de caractère reflets de l’identité de leur terroir. Pour cela, il allie tradition et modernité en s’inspirant à la fois des techniques traditionnelles que lui ont léguées les générations précédentes et des nouvelles connaissances.
Toute la production est transformée sur le domaine (vinification, distillation et vieillissement).

He really cares about elaborating products with caracter, reflecting his terroir and his philosoply.
He combines tradition and modernity, taking into account the legacy of the traditional technics from the previous generations and the new knowledge.
All the production is handcrafted within the estate, from vinification to ageing, passing by distillation process.
